feat(setup)!: remove ensure_install field

Browse source 
Instead, call `require('nvim-treesitter').install( { ... } )` manually.

This gives users full control over how they want to install parsers
(sync, from grammar, limited concurrency) and obviates the need for
calling `setup` for most users.
